It captures site evidence (emails, photos, site conditions, notes and instructions) as it happens, and seals each item the moment it is captured, so the record is provably unaltered and tied to a point in time. It sits above the systems you already use, such as Aconex, Procore, Autodesk, SharePoint and email, without replacing them.
Each item is sealed at capture and cannot be altered afterwards. Where a hash covers something less than the original message, the report says so.

Every report carries a completeness section: messages referenced in the correspondence but never captured, fragments excluded from the chronology and why, messages where two captures of the same email disagree, and records without a hash of the original message. It appears whether or not anything is missing.
Anyone can verify the pack, including an opposing party, without trusting the vendor.
The written position is generated once, stored as a numbered version with its own SHA-256, and printed with that version and hash on the page. Regenerating creates a new version rather than overwriting the old one.
Each item is sealed with a cryptographic fingerprint the moment it is captured.
An independent timestamp fixes each item to a point in time, from a source outside our control.
Timestamps are issued by a public RFC 3161 authority. This is not a qualified eIDAS timestamp, and every pack states its own timestamp status.
What this proves is precise: that a record is unaltered since capture and tied to a time. It does not claim to prove that an event happened as described.
